14th Annual NSRF Winter Meeting
January 14-16, 2010

We’re thrilled to be bringing the Winter Meeting to Cambridge in 2010! Check back often for updates and announcements.

Massachusetts is home to three NSRF Centers of Activity all of whom are hosting this event:
• Massachusetts NSRF
• Center for Collaborative Education Boston
• South Western new England Center of Activity-Massachusetts

Planning Team

Wednesday, January 13th

• Pre-Conferences: 8am-4pm

  • Last year’s pre-conference offerings were:
  • Moving CFGs Online: using the internet to hold virtual CFGs
  • Research Forum: present and hear about research on CFGs/NSRF work
  • Introduction to Critical Friendship: an introductory session on CFGs and the work of NSRF
• Registration: 6-8pm

Thursday, January 14th

• Breakfast: 7am-8am

• Winter Meeting: 8am-4pm

Friday, January 15th

*Registration fees for non-members include annual membership dues.

Location
We are currently negotiating with Boston hotels and should have an announcement on the specific location in the next few weeks.

Hotel Rooms
Our hotel selection is not yet finalized. Therefore rooms are not yet available. At this time we are confident that the sleeping room rate at the hotel we select will be under $130 per night (before tax of 12.45%).

Transportation
We recommend that airline travelers fly into Boston Logan Airport and then take public transportation (subway) to the hotel (tbd). Subway fares and routes are available at mbta.com
