The
National School Reform Faculty (NSRF) is a network of educators
and individuals dedicated to adult learning in the service
of student achievement. In 1995, NSRF was formed by a small
group of dedicated educators gathered around a kitchen table.
We have since grown into a much larger network, consisting
of tens of thousands of practitioners in schools and districts
across the nation.
The work of NSRF is rooted in our mission to foster educational
and social equity and is characterized by the concepts of critical
friendship, facilitative leadership, and the development of learning
communities. Our network of educators in schools and districts
across the country is guided by these concepts and driven by
our mission:
The
mission of the National School Reform Faculty is to
foster educational and social equity by empowering all
people
involved with schools to work collaboratively in reflective
democratic
communities that create and support powerful learning
experiences for everyone.
By
joining NSRF as a dues-paying member, you can help us provide
services and support to educators working
to improve student
