Team-building and trust-building activities

These NSRF activities were designed to help groups build the foundation of safety and trust necessary for a fully functional Critical Friends Group® learning community. They allow participants to transition out of the usual working relationship structures, so that they can connect more deeply and collaborate more effectively when they transition into doing the work of the CFG® meeting.

You will notice that some of these protocols and activities are not available to you in updated form. To gain access to ALL the updated protocols and activities, you must complete a five-day NSRF coaches training. If you can document that you have completed such a training and wish to upgrade your membership to a member-coach status, please follow these instructions on this page. If you have not completed coaches training but wish to support us with a $25 membership and receive access to all materials marked with the [M] icon, click here to purchase a membership.

Click on the symbol (not the name) to open the PDF.

If the links don't work, please open a second tab or window with the A-Z listing and click on the links in that window.
